WebstaurantStore is seeking a Payments Operations professional to ensure successful program launches and smooth daily processing. You will work with internal teams and external providers to troubleshoot issues, analyze payment performance, and ensure accurate credits for customers.

You will collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Customer Solutions, and Risk to streamline processes, develop reporting, and communicate operational insights.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support launch and ongoing operations of payments programs.
• Identify opportunities or issues with payment features and processes.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Customer Solutions, Risk, etc.
• Develop tracking and reporting systems to measure performance and trends.
• Communicate clearly and confidentially with customers, 3rd party services, and internal teams.
• Review credits and refunds to ensure timely processing.
• Translate business needs to software requirements with the development team.
• Evaluate current processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and customer experience.
• Utilize tools to ensure accuracy of the payments process and resolve errors.
