Job summary

WebstaurantStore Food Service Equipment and Supply Company is seeking a Payments Program Analyst to ensure payments programs operate smoothly and collaborate with internal teams and external providers. You will troubleshoot issues, analyze payment performance, and ensure credits are issued accurately.

Responsibilities include reviewing customer credits, improving processes, and communicating effectively with customers and third-party services to ensure refunds are issued promptly and accurately.

• Develop tracking and reporting systems to measure performance and trends.
• Communicate clearly with customers, third-party services, and internal departments.
• Review customer credits and communications to ensure timely refunds.
• Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and customer experience.
• Utilize tools to ensure accuracy of the payments process.
