Job summary

Inspire Brands seeks a Lead Technology Operations Analyst, Payments to drive end-to-end payments operations across in-store and digital channels. You will own runbooks, automation, and integrations, coordinating with brand teams, operations, and shared services to ensure PCI-compliant, secure, and efficient payment experiences.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication skills and vendor coordination experience.
• Understanding of ITIL/SDLC frameworks and IT service management best practices.

• Ability to design/runbooks, automate workflows, and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize payments-related operations and integrations across channels.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver reliable service with real-time status visibility.
• Coordinate with vendors, manage SLAs and contracts, and drive improvements.
• Ensure PCI/compliance readiness and secure change control in payments workflows.
• Mentor junior staff and balance production support with project initiatives.
