The role involves supporting remediation across ACH, debit, wire, and other electronic payments, reviewing disputes from intake to closure, and analyzing data to identify gaps and recurring defects.

Candidate will reconcile populations and validate remediation results, leveraging Excel and payments systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fraud operations, payment operations, disputes, operational risk, compliance, or banking remediation.
• Hands‑on experience with ACH, wires, debit cards, or other electronic payments.
• Exposure to Excel and payments operating systems.

Responsabilités

• Support a remediation effort across ACH, debit card, wire, P2P, and electronic payment operations.
• Review dispute processes, including intake, investigation, provisional credit, notifications, escalations, and case closure.
• Analyze transaction and dispute data to identify exceptions, control gaps, customer impact, and recurring defects.
• Reconcile impacted populations and validate remediation results.
