• Process domestic and international payment transactions, including electronic transfers and settlement activities, with a strong focus on accuracy, deadlines, and operational controls.
• Research and resolve payment exceptions, failed transactions, and processing discrepancies while identifying underlying causes.
• Complete daily payment file processing and reconcile activity against internal records.
• Review transactions for potential fraud, sanctions concerns, and other compliance risks, escalating issues when appropriate.
• Maintain complete documentation to support audits, investigations, and operational reporting.
• Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory and internal policy requirements related to payment operations.
