JP Morgan Chase is seeking a Product Delivery Manager for Interchange and Network Fee Issue Management. You will lead end-to-end product delivery, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders to optimize cost of payments and client experiences.

You will drive data-driven insights, oversee pricing governance, and coordinate across teams to implement improvements that reduce costs and improve processing for clients.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent in product delivery or a related domain.
• Proven ability to execute operational management and change readiness.
• Strong delivery mindset with a track record of continuous improvement.
• Experience in product/platform release management and deployment strategies.
• Knowledge of payment network fees and interchange.
• Background in billing reconciliations.
• Attention to detail and strong process/project management skills.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate with senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, and reporting.
• Drives change management across partners while ensuring risk/compliance requirements.
• Manages timelines and resources, escalates blockers, and coordinates with stakeholders.
• Participates in large-scale initiatives to remediate data or client setup issues affecting costs of payments.
• Influences partners firm-wide on network interchange and fee information.
• Validates data and identifies root causes of discrepancies.
• Oversees governance for correct pricing and billing of fees.
• Identifies control gaps and implements improvements to controls.
• Manages audits and communicates insights to leadership and field teams.
