Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product delivery or a related domain.
• Experience delivering end-to-end product or program initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of controls, risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with release management and deployment strategies.
• Familiarity with payment networks, interchange, and billing reconciliations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong time management and ability to motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product delivery and manage dependencies and release management.
• Ensure adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Efficiently manage timelines and dependencies, secure resources, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Participate in large-scale initiatives to remediate data or client setup issues affecting cost of payments.
• Share knowledge of network interchange and fee information across the firm.
• Validate data and identify underlying causes of discrepancies.
• Oversee governance for correct pricing and billing of interchange and brand fees.
• Identify and close control gaps; implement new controls as needed.
• Oversee audits in the environment and communicate insights to leadership.
