Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Product Delivery Manager to shape end-to-end delivery for Wholesale Payments and SMB Product lines. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and drive timely implementations while ensuring risk and regulatory compliance.

This role emphasizes process optimization, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven delivery leadership. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in product delivery, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with release

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product delivery or similar
• Experience leading change readiness activities
• Strong delivery and continuous improvement track record
• Release management experience across product/software
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed org
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Experience with external vendors
• Proficient in JIRA and MS Office tools

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product delivery including intake, dependencies, release readiness and performance reporting
• Manage change activities across partners ensuring risk and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate timelines, resources and blockers with stakeholders
• Oversee IT sprint development, marketing, testing and operationalization
• Ensure compliance with firm controls and audit readiness
• Collaborate with multiple business lines to align resources and plan quarters
• Assist in quarterly planning and work management
• Maintain program plans and executive summaries with accurate data in PM tools
• Identify risks, define mitigations and drive remediation
• Coordinate with Scrum Masters, Tech Leads and cross-product teams
• Promote client-focused solutions and opportunities to improve operational efficiency
