Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Plano, TX seeks a Product Delivery Manager within Wholesale Payments to lead end-to-end product delivery and coordinate with stakeholders across the enterprise.

You will drive release management, risk assessment, and production readiness to ensure timely implementations. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and vendors, managing resources and timelines while leveraging AI for process improvements and ensuring audit-grade data in PM tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product delivery or related domain.
• Experience with operational management and change readiness activities.
• Strong understanding of delivery with continuous improvement experience.
• Experience in product/platform-wide release management and deployment processes.
• Ability to work in a matrixed organization with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting.
• Leads change management across functional partners ensuring risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Manages timelines and dependencies, resources, blockers, and stakeholders across the program.
• Oversees end-to-end product delivery including IT sprint development, marketing, testing, and production readiness.
• Ensures completion of product and service change management across partners, adhering to firm requirements.
• Collaborates with multiple lines of business to manage resources, dependencies, and timelines throughout the project.
• Supports quarterly planning and book of work management with Portfolio & Product Delivery Management.
• Maintains program documents, executive summaries, risks, issues, and decisions in PM tools (JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence) for audit readiness.
• Identifies risks, defines mitigation plans, escalates appropriately, and drives remediation.
• Engages with Scrum of Scrums, Scrum Masters, and Tech Leads to monitor IT and non-IT activities across product areas.
• Exhibits client-focused leadership to develop impactful solutions and coordinates User Acceptance Testing, Marketing, Sales, and Operations workstreams.
