Job summary

Checkout.com is seeking a technically savvy Integration Support Engineer to help merchants implement our payment processing technology. You will answer questions, debug configurations, and provide go-live and post-live support for integration projects.

Ideal candidates have up to 3 years in tech/FinTech, strong API/REST knowledge, and experience with multiple programming languages. English and Chinese communication are valued in a customer-focused, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience in internet technologies and technical processes.
• Understanding of API, REST, webhooks and logs is required.
• Strong coding skills in at least one of Java, JavaScript, PHP, Python, Go, C#.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to merchants during their integration of Checkout.com payment processing technology.
• Answer integration questions including configuration, debugging, testing, go-live and post-live support.
• Manage incidents related to integration, including investigation, escalation, resolution and reporting.
