National Information Solutions Cooperative, Inc. in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Senior Manager, Payments & Financial Analytics to lead the analytics for our credit card portfolio and drive profitability.

The role partners with Finance, Risk, Marketing, Operations and Technology to optimize acquisition, activation, engagement, and payment processing performance. Strong leadership in analytics is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in payment processing portfolio management, treasury management, or financial analytics.
• Strong understanding of pricing strategy and portfolio optimization.
• Advanced analytics capabilities using SQL, Python, R, SAS, or similar tools.
• Experience supporting P&L analysis, forecasting, and reporting for large product portfolios.
• Proven leadership experience managing analytical and/or product teams.

Responsibilities

• Support VP in P&L management including revenue, billing performance, interchange, fee income, and expense management.
• Develop and contribute to strategic growth around acquisition, activation, and usage.
• Support pricing strategy development, line assignment, balance transfer strategy, and promotional programs.
• Monitor portfolio performance and recommend actions to improve risk-adjusted returns.
• Evaluate new product features, rewards structures, and partnership opportunities.
• Develop segmentation models, profitability modeling, lifetime value analysis, and forecasting.
• Translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
• Build and evolve customer and internal facing payment applications, dashboards and KPIs for executive reporting.
