OneMain Financial is seeking an Analytics Manager to lead credit card analytics, develop risk strategies, and deliver insights that mitigate losses while enabling growth. The role supports Charlotte, NC or Wilmington, DE with a hybrid schedule.

You will use SQL, SAS, Python to design targeting, perform segmentation, and present results to management. A quantitative degree and 5+ years of data-driven experience, plus Excel skills, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 5+ years of related experience.
• SQL knowledge highly preferred.
• SAS experience preferred.
• Strong Excel/MS Office skills required.
• 5+ years of experience in a data-driven problem-solving environment.
• Lending or consumer finance industry experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Reporting, strategy implementation, strategy validation, and ad-hoc analyses including customer segmentation, competitive analysis, sensitivity analysis, and modeling.
• Expand competencies and grow business and industry acumen across end-to-end project cycles.
• Under guidance, design, document, and execute targeting optimization using multiple data sources.
• Utilize SQL, SAS, Python and analytics software to develop, test, and execute new strategies.
• Implement quality control processes to ensure data accuracy.
• Continually enhance reporting through automation, quality control, and insights.
• Summarize and present results and insights to management.
• Develop a highly analytical approach to solving problems.
