Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with four years of related experience.
• Experience with payments, deposits, or reconciliations in higher education or financial services is preferred.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions or a comparable student information system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process daily student and departmental payments and post to accounts.
• Prepare, verify, and process daily departmental deposits and reconcile documentation.
• Resolve problem checks and payment exceptions and determine corrective actions.
• Evaluate payment processing and deposit discrepancies to propose internal control improvements.
• Serve as a resource to campus departments on submission, auxiliary payments, and deposits procedures.
