Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to own end-to-end delivery for payments rails, including ACH, RTR, and Wires. You will draft business requirements and drive features that support payments ecosystems.

You will collaborate with product, analytics, business, and engineering teams to define user stories, analyze metrics, and guide roadmap decisions. The role emphasizes collaboration and ensuring on-time, high-quality releases.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a business analyst within non-card payment rails including ACH, RTR & Wires.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Experience in product life cycle activities, including discovery and requirements definition.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, analytics, business, and engineering partners to lead and develop product and design strategies that align with customer needs and market demands.
• Lead development and implementation of payments (ACH, RTR) & Wires ecosystem, including authentication, risk mitigation controls, and fraud prevention features.
• Define, prioritize, and clarify user stories in coordination with other Product Managers, engineering leads, and leadership.
• Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and identify valuable features.
• Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics, ensuring alignment with time, cost, and quality targets throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
• Plan upstream and downstream implications, coordinating with scrum teams for rollout and release plans.
• Collaborate with Agility Leads to run Release Planning, Sprint Planning, and Reviews.
• Conduct pre-release reviews, including regression testing and QA, to certify releases as production-ready.
• Work with Product leads, developers, operations, and production management to resolve issues impacting customer experience.
