Experis is seeking a Technical Business Analyst with deep ACH domain expertise to bridge business needs and technical delivery. You will map data flows, validate payment engines, and work with middleware and API teams to ensure accurate integrations.

The role demands a 50/50 mix of functional analysis and technical execution in a hybrid Charlotte setting. Prerequisites include 3+ years in ACH/NACHA, strong SQL skills, and experience with Jira/Confluence in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years direct ACH/NACHA experience
• Experience with data mapping and API endpoints
• Ability to write advanced SQL queries and validate data

Responsibilities

• Translate ACH rules and deposit needs into technical user stories and API specs
• Perform end-to-end data element mapping for NACHA/ISO flows and payment APIs
• Collaborate with middleware/integration engineers to define data transformations and error handling
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and UAT for high-priority payment releases
