Job summary

NTT DATA in Charlotte, NC seeks a Product Owner / Business Analyst for Corporate Banking & Payments to lead requirements, write user stories, and manage the backlog for payments across SEPA, CHAPS, CHIPS, FEDWIRE, ACH, and SWIFT.

You will collaborate with clients and technology teams in an Agile environment, ensure AML/KYC alignment, support UAT, oversee integrations, and provide post‑implementation support; travel includes 2 days in-office at the client site.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Owner or BA roles in Corporate/Transaction Banking.
• 5+ years in requirements elicitation with client workshops/interviews.
• 6+ years in Payments domain across EMEA and NA.
• 5+ years in Payments processing/messaging incl. SEPA, CHAPS, CHIPS, FEDWIRE, ACH.
• SWIFT (MT/MX) and ISO 20022 experience.
• 4+ years in Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) with backlog mgmt.
• 3+ years collaborating with tech on system integrations.
• 2+ years in client-facing role with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Engage with client stakeholders to understand needs and provide guidance.
• Elicit requirements via workshops and walkthroughs with business users.
• Translate requirements into user stories, specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize and refine backlog for upcoming sprints.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Review designs for alignment with payments workflows.
• Support UAT, define test scenarios, and triage defects.
• Analyze payment flows across SEPA, CHAPS, CHIPS, FEDWIRE, ACH, and SWIFT.
• Collaborate with risk/compliance for AML/KYC/sanctions.
