Qualifications

• Degree preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in customer service, financial operations, or payment processing.
• Working knowledge of payment platforms including Payliance, FISERV, and Chase ISO.

Responsibilities

• Document collection and ensure hand-off paperwork is submitted and compliant.
• Configure Tyler Payment systems across environments to meet contractual needs.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing prior to go-live and validate processing accuracy.
• Collaborate with product, development, finance and customer service teams for smooth onboarding.
• Support company-wide migrations and integration of new payment features.
• Work with third-party vendors and financial institutions to integrate payment systems.
• Hand off service details to implementation teams for go-live.
• Address and resolve implementation and testing issues and coordinate with processors/vendors.
• Provide white-glove support with clear communication and proper documentation.
• Participate in team meetings to identify improvements and share solutions.
