Job summary

Tyler Technologies is seeking an Implementation Consultant to deliver high-quality knowledge transfer services that help clients use Tyler software effectively in daily operations. You will partner with clients to understand workflow and requirements, ensuring timely transitions to Tyler software and establishing a positive client relationship baseline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience.
• 3-5 years relevant experience in product, implementation, customer service, financial operations, or payment processing is valued.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems with attention to detail.
• Exceptional presentation and knowledge transfer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
• Fundamental understanding of financial transactions and payment systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional services such as consultation, software readiness, and education to clients on Tyler software products.
• Design and conduct knowledge transfer sessions through webinars.
• Educate users on software functionality, data entry, system administration, user security, and user permissions.
• Analyze client business models to identify requirements regarding Tyler’s payment products.
• Recommend options for new approaches to ensure an efficient software solution.
• Document business/technical requirement specifications for software changes.
• Consult with users to identify proper data mapping for the product implementation.
• Troubleshoot client issues or coordinate with Support/Development to resolve.
• Notify management of issues impacting schedule or budget.
• Create client-facing and internal documentation such as quick tips.
• Act as liaison between client and technical staff.
