Responsibilities

• Taking calls from customers needing help with payments
• Making outbound calls to follow up and resolve issues
• Walking customers through solutions step‑by‑step
• Monitoring and processing electronic payments
• Setting up and changing banking information
• Troubleshooting payment errors

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence on the phone
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening, resolving issues thoughtfully, and ensuring a positive, professional customer experience
• Detail‑oriented with exceptional organizational skills

Schedule & Compensation

This full‑time position runs Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Employees are expected to work in the office Monday through Thursday; after an initial training period, Fridays may be optional work‑from‑home days as needed. Pay starts at $25 per hour, depending on experience.
