Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to enter, review, and verify transaction information accurately.
• Ability to research routine discrepancies and determine when escalation is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; ability to navigate multiple systems.

Responsabilités

• Process customer payments and related transactions accurately within established service-level expectations.
• Review payment details and apply funds to the correct customer account, transaction type, and date.
• Research and resolve routine payment exceptions, including incomplete information and posting discrepancies.
• Balance assigned payment activity and reconcile totals to source documentation and system records.
• Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation for processed transactions and corrections.
