Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee payment posting operations and reconcile entries within the billing system. The role includes administering the claims clearinghouse, managing EFT enrollments with non-Medicare payors, and ensuring timely, accurate postings across multiple websites and systems.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma, strong 10-key skills, and at least one year of supervisory experience, with two years in payment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience using 10-key typing and clerical input.
• Preferred at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Preferred 2+ years of payment posting experience.
• Experience reading/remittance advices is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written English communication; active listening.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor all payment posting by the cash application team (EFT, live checks, Medicare downloads).
• Develop and implement approved standard operating procedures for payment posting and ensure adherence.
• Serve as primary contact for payment postings in the billing system and troubleshoot issues.
• Initiate and complete EFT enrollments with non-Medicare payors.
• Manage clearinghouse website administration (add payors/companies, enrollments, work orders).
• Handle enrollment of payors on websites for authorization, eligibility, EOB retrieval, and EFT.
