Integrated Home Care Services, Inc. (IHCS) is seeking a Payment Poster to manage posting and adjustments for DME and Health Home payers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.

You will support revenue integrity, interpret billing procedures, and work with CPT/ICD-9 codes while leveraging EMR/EHR systems. The role offers competitive benefits and a collaborative team environment focused on excellent patient service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of healthcare payment posting experience.
• Minimum of one year experience in medical billing service.
• Ability to interpret billing procedures and changes and apply to computer systems.
• Experience with CPT and ICD-9 codes.

What will you be doing:

The Payment Poster performs multiple responsibilities related to payment and adjustment for DME and Health Home payers. This position promotes revenue integrity by ensuring timely and accurate posting of accounts and maintains posting per company guidelines.

What will you need to succeed:

• 1 yar of Healthcare Payment Posting Experience Required
• Minimum of one-year experience in medical billing service
• Ability to interpret billing procedures and changes and assimilate information to computer.
• Ability to use various computer programs and applications, IE EMR/EHR
• Extensive knowledge of CPT and ICD9 codes.
• Experience in Medicare and Managed Care, Third Party payers, PIP, filing claims by electronic method, etc. Knowledge of governmental legal and regulatory provisions related to collection activities. (Preferred)
