• Prepares and provides supporting documentation for completed research requests.
• Handles Premier Plus, Premier and Core client interactions as main contact for this segment.
• Researches complex issues and assists with complex setups.
• Supports Leadership with SMEs to improve strategies for Commercial Clients.
• Partners with Operations to review requests and find process improvements.
