Qualifications

• Three or more years’ financial services experience, preferably with exposure to trust operations, private banking, or customer service.
• A four-year college degree preferred, with a major in Accounting, Finance, or Economics desired.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and strong verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute operational activities for Private Banking IM&T client needs.
• Ensure documents are present and approvals obtained; perform independent client callbacks.
• Support risk management by following policy and procedures and elevating concerns as needed.
• Collaborate with internal lines of business to process client requests quickly and accurately.
