Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fulfills incoming requests from Commercial Customers and Relationship Officers for all Commercial Products.
• Prepares and provides supporting documentation for completed research requests.
• Handles Premier Plus, Premier and Core client interactions.
• Offers escalation support and SME input to leadership for client strategies.
