Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own issues from start to finish with timely updates and final resolution.
• Collaborate with internal partners to provide superior service to Commercial, Treasury Management and Business Banking clients.
• Research complex issues, prepare supporting documentation, and monitor queues for escalations.
