Job summary

Allegacy in Kentucky seeks a Card & Payments Manager to lead Card Services Operations, overseeing card operations, ACH, wires, checks, and instant payments while ensuring accurate processing and regulatory compliance.

You will develop a high-performance team, coordinate with vendors and internal partners, drive risk reduction and continuous improvement, and support system changes and readiness; a Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of payments operations across cards, ACH, wires, and settlement processes.
• Experience leading and developing staff in a regulated, fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of payment regulations and network rules; ability to manage operational risk.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily payment operations across channels (cards, ACH, wires, checks, instant payments).
• Lead and develop the Card Services Operations team; coordinate with Fraud/Risk, Technology, Accounting, and Retail Operations.
• Ensure compliance with Reg E, Reg Z, NACHA, PCI-DSS, and card network requirements; monitor KPIs and service levels.
