Job summary

Point B, Inc. is seeking a Senior Strategy Manager to help healthcare payer clients design and execute enterprise growth strategies across product, service, marketing, and sales.

You’ll work with senior executives to define strategies, build business cases, and translate them into actionable roadmaps with KPIs. This role emphasizes growth architecture, organizational capability design, and effective people leadership rather than technical implementation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, including growth, product, or GTM strategies.
• Healthcare and/or health insurance/Payer experience.
• Advising senior stakeholders on growth and transformation initiatives.
• Strong business understanding of product/service strategy, CRM, and AI-enabled transformation.

Responsibilities

• Define and refine business strategies with senior executives.
• Create business cases to drive decisions and translate strategies into roadmaps.
• Develop growth architecture, product/service strategy, and organizational capability design.
