Immatics is a global leader in precision targeting for PRAME and cell therapy. We seek a Senior Director, Payer Accounts to lead U.S. market access with national payers, shaping value propositions, and driving coverage for anzu-cel and future therapies.

This high-visibility, remote role requires strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration. You will build payer relationships, influence policies, and guide launch readiness programs with HEOR, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Commercial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech market access.
• MBA or graduate degree preferred.
• Experience with national payer accounts and PIE/launch readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic engagement with national payers in commercial and government segments.
• Build relationships with key payer decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Develop pre-launch and launch readiness activities for cell therapy products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor payer-facing materials.
