Job summary

Celldex Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking an accomplished Executive Director, National and Key Accounts, to lead payer access and contracting strategies for barzolvolimab.

You will build and guide a high-performing team of National, Regional, and Key Account Managers, aligning launch plans with market access objectives. The role requires deep payer expertise, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to influence senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial roles, with payer access experience.
• 8–10 years of progressive leadership directing national or regional account teams.
• Deep understanding of medical-benefit, buy-and-bill, and formulary processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the National and Regional Account teams responsible for payer access and execution.
• Develop and execute national/regional account strategy aligned with pricing, contracting, and distribution.
• Set account segmentation, call planning, objectives, milestones, and performance standards.
• Negotiate complex product access contracts and manage buy-and-bill arrangements.
• Provide high-quality account insights and risk assessments to senior leadership.
• Build launch-readiness tools, dashboards, and KPIs; drive corrective actions.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop a diverse market access team.
• Ensure compliance with governance and applicable laws.
