What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute and manage sales opportunities in Salesforce, supporting the payer contract go-to-market process
- Ensure accurate documentation and tracking in alignment with field teams and internal stakeholders
- Communicate with field teams on the status of client sales activities and notify them of any delays or questions
- Monitor document status within each opportunity and provide updates to internal stakeholders
- Support interdepartmental projects as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent work experience in operations
- 2+ years of experience managing and updating data in a CRM (e.g., Salesforce.com)
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, field, operations, and contracting teams
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with short turnaround times
- Excellent communication skills and highly detail-oriented

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and Google Suite
- Previous experience working with external vendors is a plus
