What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the end-to-end execution of sales opportunities in Salesforce to support the payer contract go-to-market process
- Ensure accurate documentation and alignment with field teams and internal stakeholders
- Monitor document status and client sales activities, providing updates to the field team
- Communicate delays, questions, or document rejections, facilitating timely follow-up and resolution
- Support interdepartmental projects as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent work experience in operations
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience managing and updating data in a CRM (e.g., Salesforce.com)
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, field, operations, and contracting teams
- Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and Google Suite
- Previous experience working with external vendors is a plus
