What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the end-to-end execution of sales opportunities in Salesforce to support payer contract initiatives
- Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of opportunities, aligning with field teams and internal stakeholders
- Communicate updates on client sales activities and document statuses to relevant teams
- Facilitate timely follow-up and resolution of any delays or issues with practices
- Provide interdepartmental project support as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in operations
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing and updating data in a CRM (e.g., Salesforce.com)
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various teams including sales and operations
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects with short turnaround times
- Excellent communication skills and a highly detail-oriented approach
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and Google Suite
- Previous experience working with external vendors
