Job summary

Stedi is building a direct payer network and is seeking an ambitious professional to own the end-to-end process of connecting with 3,000+ payer connections. You will aggressively identify opportunities, enrich payer data, and drive rapid outreach to establish direct connections across the roadmap.

This role merges research, data-driven decision making, and relationship management with senior leadership to accelerate integrations, automate workflows, and scale payer partnerships at Stedi.

Qualifications

• Experience with payers, clearinghouses, or RCM businesses.
• Proven ability to manage a large pipeline and multiple engagements.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Research payers to identify integration opportunities and key contacts.
• Enrich and maintain payer data in the CRM for outreach readiness.
• Build and prioritize target payer lists and conduct outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Hand off qualified opportunities to the integrations team with context.
• Help develop payer development playbook, templates, and data standards.
• Identify ways to automate and scale research and enrichment work.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders at payers.
