Qualifications

• Strong understanding of payer operations and decision drivers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stay organized under pressure.
• Exceptional relationship management for client-facing roles.
• Technical proficiency with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
• Experience in research and reporting, turning data into insights.
• Attention to detail and thorough documentation.

Responsibilities

• Research payers to identify integration opportunities and key contacts.
• Maintain accurate payer data in the CRM for effective outreach.
• Develop and prioritize a target list of payers for outreach.
• Conduct outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to initiate conversations.
• Collaborate with integrations team to hand off qualified payer opportunities.
• Contribute to payer development playbook and outreach strategies.
• Automate and scale research and enrichment processes.
