Job summary

Stedi, a leading API-first healthcare clearinghouse in the United States, seeks an individual contributor to optimize transaction enrollment operations end-to-end. You will own automations, data analysis, and collaborate across product and engineering to maximize enrollments with minimal human intervention.

You will work closely with customers, payers, and intermediary clearinghouses to standardize enrollment workflows, improve tooling, and accelerate deployment across thousands of payers,

Qualifications

• Experience building operational processes and programs.
• Exceptional at staying on top of many open threads simultaneously.
• Technical background with a passion for building automations and using AI to support end-to-end automation.
• Experience in externally facing roles; client-facing, consulting, support, implementation, onboarding, or program management.
• Systems mindset; identify gaps and articulate them to product, payer operations, and engineering teams.
• Resourceful, self-motivated, self-disciplined, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Ability to move quickly and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Contribute and scale the day-to-day operation of Stedi’s transaction enrollment program.
• Establish and continuously improve Stedi’s enrollment playbook across thousands of payers that supports a growing percentage of the country’s provider base.
• Interface with customers, intermediary clearinghouses, and payers daily to get enrollments approved, improve the systems, and scale the operation.
• Create and grow a content management system of payer-specific enrollment steps and feed those steps back into the product and system that you operate.
• Collaborate with product to define and ship requirements to improve the enrollments product, external version and internal tooling.
• Measure the performance of your system by defining metrics and driving them to levels not achieved by other clearinghouses.
• Troubleshoot enrollment issues, solve root causes, and manage customer-related escalations relating to missing ERAs.
