Job summary

Charles River Center seeks an HRIS Administrator to oversee Paycom and related HR technology. You will maintain accurate employee data, manage workflows, and support payroll data flows while partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and managers.

The role requires handling confidential information with discretion and ensuring MA compliance. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of HRIS experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, IS, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of progressive HRIS experience.
• Strong data accuracy and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality.
• Experience with Paycom preferred.
• Knowledge of Massachusetts HR compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for Paycom and HR tech.
• Maintain employee data, org structure, and security.
• Manage HRIS workflows, approvals, and access.
• Audit data integrity and produce HR reports.
• Support timekeeping and payroll data flow.
• Assist recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding in HRIS.
• Provide user training and documentation.
• Ensure MA compliance in HRIS processes.
