Job summary

Miracle Ear in Idaho is seeking a reliable Payroll Specialist to manage payroll and benefits with accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness. You will ensure employees are paid correctly and on time while keeping payroll data organized and aligned with company systems.

Ideal candidates will have experience with HRIS payroll processing, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in an in-office environment. Experience with commission-based payroll and audits is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience processing payroll in an HRIS system (Paycom preferred, not required)
• Comfortable working with payroll data, benefits, and reconciliations
• Experience supporting a few hundred employees or multiple locations is a plus
