Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Ability to operate forklift and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Partner with store leaders to reinforce PSP standards.
• Provide leadership coverage up to four times weekly.
• Adhere to policies for cleanliness, animal care, safety and security.
• Learn back-office tasks like signs, price changes, and cashier records.
• Involve in recruiting, onboarding and team development.
• Communicate improvement opportunities to leaders.
• Act as store team member when not acting as manager-on-duty.
• Willingness to perform nail trims on pets.
