Pet Supplies Plus in Noblesville, IN is seeking a PAWsome Shift Supervisor to lead daily store operations and deliver neighborly service to every guest and their pets.

You’ll partner with store leaders to reinforce PSP standards, oversee back-office tasks, help recruit and develop team members, and ensure safety, cleanliness and exceptional customer experiences. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of retail experience.
• Strong sales and customer service skills essential.
• Able to operate forklift and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and pass drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership coverage and manage store routines up to four days a week.
• Reinforce PSP standards and daily management procedures.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding and team development.
• Deliver exceptional neighborly service and engage with customers.
• Support back-office tasks like signage and price updates.
• Ensure cleanliness, animal care, safety and security.
