Job summary

Pet Supplies Plus is seeking a Store Shift Supervisor to lead neighborly service and daily store operations in our PA neighborhood. You will work closely with store leaders to reinforce PSP standards, assist customers with product selections, and ensure a clean, organized shopping environment.

You’ll coordinate coverage, help with back-office tasks, and participate in team development while maintaining a friendly, pet-focused atmosphere that reflects our community values, and you’ll stay

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate forklift and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist neighbors in selecting products and provide friendly service.
• Greet weekly regular customers and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Support store leaders by reinforcing PSP standards and daily routines.
• Help with back-office tasks like signage, price updates, and cashier records.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding and team development activities.
• Contribute ideas to improve community engagement and store performance.
