Pet Supplies Plus is seeking a Store Shift Supervisor to lead our neighborhood store and deliver exceptional service to every customer and pet. You will partner with team leaders to reinforce PSP standards, cover key shifts, and model friendly, neighborly service.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years in retail, strong sales and customer service skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Flexible schedules and a commitment to proper operations are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Strong sales and customer service skills are a must.
• Ability to operate all equipment, including a forklift, to run the store is important.

Responsibilities

• Assist neighbors in selecting products and provide excellent service.
• Reinforce daily procedures and performance expectations with the team.
• Cover management functions up to four times a week when leaders are offsite.
• Help with store recruiting, onboarding and staff development.
