Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate forklift and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible schedules and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and reinforce PSP standards.
• Provide leadership coverage up to four days a week.
• Ensure cleanliness, animal care, safety and security.
• Handle back-office tasks like signs, price changes, and cashier records.
• Support recruiting, onboarding and team development.
• Communicate improvement opportunities to store leaders.
• Fill in as manager-on-duty when needed.
