Responsibilities

• Assist neighbors in selecting products and provide friendly service.
• Greet regular customers and their pets.
• Demonstrate basic fish-tank water testing to customers.
• Reinforce daily store procedures and performance expectations.
• Support store leaders with recruitment, onboarding and team development.
• Engage with neighbors to improve community engagement and store performance.
• Perform nail trims on pets when needed.
