Pet Supplies Plus is looking for a Store Shift Supervisor who is passionate about providing exceptional service to pets and their owners. In this role, you will assist customers, reinforce operational procedures, and provide leadership coverage.

Strong sales and customer service skills are essential. As a supervisor, you will be involved in recruiting, onboarding, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all neighbors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience.
• Ability to operate all equipment, including a forklift.
• Must pass the drug screening (where allowed by law) and be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing pet products.
• Reinforce daily operational procedures.
• Provide leadership coverage when team leaders are offsite.
• Perform back office procedures.
• Involve in recruiting and onboarding.
