Pet Supplies Plus is seeking a Store Shift Supervisor in Massachusetts to lead daily store operations, deliver exceptional neighborly service, and support the team. The role emphasizes friendly, knowledgeable pet care and hands-on leadership to keep the neighborhood store running smoothly.

You will help customers select pet products, reinforce PSP standards, and participate in team development while maintaining a safe, clean environment and promoting community engagement in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years retail experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Strong sales and customer service skills essential.
• Ability to operate forklift and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide neighborly service and help customers choose products for pets.
• Lead store operations and reinforce daily management routines.
• Assist in store recruiting, onboarding and team development.
• Communicate opportunities to improve community engagement or store performance.
• Perform nail trims on our furry friends.
