Job summary

Granite Construction Incorporated seeks an experienced construction manager to supervise projects, coordinate teams, and ensure work aligns with design, budget, and schedule. This role involves travel with the team to various job sites and requires strong leadership and safety vigilance.

We value candidates with 5+ years in construction management or foreman roles, deep knowledge of construction methods, and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction management and/or craft supervision experience (i.e. Foreman) in a similar field of construction.
• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction, policies, procedures and standards.
• Excellent management, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise functional construction effort to ensure projects meet design, budget, and schedule.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise resources to meet project objectives.
• Supervise craft employees for productivity, materials usage, and contractual performance.
• Assist project team in scheduling and implementing Work Plans and procedures.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to resolve problems and ensure quality, safety, and schedules.
