TRP Construction Group, LLC is seeking Pavement Marking Field Associates to join our highway striping team. The role emphasizes safety, precision, and adherence to DOT guidelines while supporting production goals.

Qualifications

• Maintain company standards for background checks and drug testing.
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations.
• Carry out simple arithmetic functions.
• Maintain proper safety equipment required for each job.
• Knowledge and ability to adapt to the latest technology.
• Ability to use smartphone and applications.
• Ability to adjust to changing work schedule.
• Follow all Safety Policies and Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Equipment and vehicle repair reports (filled out by crew members).
• Ensure all work is done and completed in compliance with DOT and quality guidelines.
• Ensure vehicles are in working order; keep spray systems and other equipment properly loaded daily.
• Keep vehicles clean and neat inside and out.
• Ensure pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms are filled out properly.
• Maximize production on the job.
• Be trained and able to operate and maintain at least 6 different pieces of equipment.
