TRP Construction Group, LLC seeks Pavement Marking Field Associates to join our highway striping team across multiple states. You will help ensure road safety through precise work, equipment maintenance, and adherence to DOT guidelines. We value reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work on varied schedules.

We conduct background checks and offer benefits including health and retirement plans. Training is provided, and travel may be required to support site operations.

Qualifications

• Background checks and drug testing required prior to hire.
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations.
• Carry out simple arithmetic functions.
• Maintain safety equipment for each job.
• Adapt to changing work schedules and travel as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Equipment and vehicle repair reports (filled out by crew members).
• Ensure all work complies with DOT and quality guidelines.
• Make sure vehicles are in working order (spray systems and/or other truck mounted equipment) and properly loaded daily; keep clean inside and out.
• Ensure pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms are filled out properly.
• Maximize production on the job site.
• Be trained and able to operate and maintain at least 6 different pieces of equipment.
