TRP Construction Group, LLC invites applications for Pavement Marking Field Associates to join our highway striping team. We value safety, precision, teamwork, and dedication to quality work.

These roles require completing pre- and post-trip inspections, reporting equipment status, and supporting production on the job site. Two shifts are available, with some night and weekend work, overtime, and travel as needed; benefits include health, dental, vision, life, disability, and a 401k.

Qualifications

• Maintain company standards for background checks and driving records.
• Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations.
• Carry out simple arithmetic functions.
• Maintain proper safety equipment required for each job.
• Knowledge and ability to adapt to the latest technology.
• Ability to use smart phone and applications.
• Ability to adjust to changing work schedule.
• Follow all Safety Policies and Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Equipment and vehicle repair reports (filled out by crew members).
• Ensures all work meets DOT and quality guidelines.
• Makes sure vehicles are in working order (spray systems and/or truck-mounted equipment) and properly loaded daily.
• Keeps vehicles clean and neat inside and out.
• Ensures pre-trip and post-trip inspection forms are filled out properly.
• Maximizes production on the job site.
• Is trained and able to operate and maintain at least 6 different pieces of equipment.
